Rumbidzai V Kusemwa (SaMutoko the Village Girl) grew-up in a remote and/ marginalised community in Mutoko District, Zimbabwe. Regardless of different gender stereotypes and related socio-economic challenges; through the grace of the Almighty, she managed to overcome such encounters and became the first millennial child in my community to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science & Health. Those challenges played a significant role throughout her academic journey. Rumbi is interested more in Nature Conservation, Land Restoration, Foood Systems, Philanthropy and Education. She believes in putting her passion into action – and make a difference in the world through small acts of compassion
